about Me

After studying Combined Honours Fine Art and English Literature at the University of Exeter, my creative journey has spanned painting, printmaking, sculpture, performance and immersive installation.A nomadic lifestyle eventually led me to southern Portugal, where I have spent the past twenty-five years restoring a traditional schist village, raising my family and co-founding Siesta Campers.

Today my practice centres on hand-built ceramic sculpture alongside lino prints and paintings. Working intuitively with clay, I create forms inspired by elemental forces, geological landscapes and ancient monuments. By enlarging often-overlooked natural forms, I seek to reveal their quiet monumentality and invite a deeper awareness of our place within the living world.
